• 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
• 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 TBSP Sugar
• 50 ml Water
• Salt as required
• Lemon Wedges (for decoration)
• Ice Cubes as required
Step 1: Take a pan, heat it. Add water and let it boil. Once boiled, switch off the flame.
Step 2: Add mint leaves to the boiled water and cover with a lid. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. The mint flavour will get induced in the water.
Step 3: Strain the water and keep it separately.
Step 4: In a wide mouth glass/bowl, add lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix it well to ensure the sugar is completely dissolved. If required, add a small amount of warm water that will help the sugar to met easily.
Step 5: Add the lemon, salt & sugar solution to the mint water and mix well.
Step 6: Use a wide mouth cocktail glass. Add the above mixture to the glass. Now add soda to the glass slowly so that the fizz doesn’t wade out.
Step 7: Garnish with a lemon wedge on the edge of the glass and some mint leaves on top.
Step 8: Serve chilled with ice cubes.
