Aloo Pyaaz pakoda is a favourite evening snack cooked in a lot of Indian homes especially in the rainy season. When it rains, the first thing we think about it something hot to eat and the first thing that comes in mind in tea and pakodas. Fresh and crispy pakodas are a very good evening snack and can be prepared easily.

Ingredients
• 2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Cut into small pieces
• 2 Onion, Slices
• 150 gms besan
• ½ TBSP Red Chilli Powder
• ½ TBSP Coriander Powder
• ½ TBSP Amchoor Powder
• ½ TBSP Chaat Masala
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for Frying
Step 1: Take the besan in a bowl. Add all the spices.
Step 2: Now add water to the besan and spices mix and mix well. The mixing has to be done very properly to ensure there are no lumps. You can also use a blender or whisker for a quick mix.
Step 3: Now add the potato pieces and onion slices to the mixture and once again give it a good mix.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan. Heat enough oil to dip atleast 7-8 pakodas in one go.
Step 5: Take small amount of material in your hand, having a good mix of potatos and onions. Gently put them into the hot oil. Let them cook until brown. Cook on a slow flame.
Step 6: Strain out the excess oil from the pakodas and sprinkle chaat masala from the top.
