Chicken Kosa
Required Ingredients:
Chicken 700 gm
3 potatoes
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 tablespoon of hot spice powder
2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
Like salt to taste
Two tablespoons of turmeric
200 gm of soybean oil
First, you have to wash the meat well with water. Then you have to keep the meat for 10 minutes to get water out of the meat. Then you have to marinate the meat with turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, salt, and oil.
Then when the oil is hot, the potato pieces should be given into oil and fry it as brown. Then the marinated meat should be fried in hot oil for 20 minutes on low heat. The aim is to cook the meat well. Then cover it with a little hot water. In this way, you have to cook for 15 minutes on low heat. And then the meat will be ready.
Chicken fry:

Like salt to taste
Two tablespoons of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of hot spice powder
1 tablespoon of lentil powder
Soybean oil
First, you have to wash the meat pieces well with water. Then you have to leave the meat for 15 minutes to get water out of the meat. Then you have to mix all the ingredients with the meat and marinate it well. After marinating the meat you have to leave it for 10 minutes. Then the meat should be fried well in hot oil. It should be fried in such a low heat so that the meat is crispy and boiled well.
