How i prepared my vegetable soup @lisacious1

Good evening steemians and my fellow foodies.
Am so glad to share my recipe with you today.
Today going to share how i prepared my vegetable soup today.

Firstly am going to list the ingredients below;
Vegetable(Ugu)

The process

After washing the red meat and stockfish spicied it with maggi, salt, onions and pepper, i allowed it to boil for some minutes before adding the goat meat to avoid being too soft after cooking 🔥
Then i added some water since is vegetable soup it does not require too much water so i added few cups of water, note the water comes after steaming the meat and co i added the dryfish.
Then i added oil because i want the oil to cook very well, after the oil have cooked very well i started adding other ingredients crawfish, pepper, onions, salt, maggi etc

Then i added some grounded dryfish to give more taste.
Allow to boil very well for the ingredients to cook and blend very well, after some minutes i added the waterleaf then stir for some seconds

After the waterleaf the next thing is to add the vegetable (ugu)
