Oh nice! thank you! Is there any reason that you use milk powder not actual milk? is it just convenience? if you use actual milk, how much would be? :)

The fresh one is not exposed to high temperatures so as to preserve the vitamins present in the milk, and the manufacturing processes are less than those applied to dried milk because the large number of manufacturing processes reduces the health benefits of food, and what we touched on is powdered milk but a definition of a product that is full of markets and homes.

Helps the dough have a soft texture
