For the front punches I wished I had a punch bag in front of me to measure the energy exerted on the bag as the punches moved it by a certain distance. I can beat Anthony Joshua with this consistency on the front punches.

I have learnt that the deltoid muscle is responsible for the various movements of the arm and shoulder; they are situated in the upper arm, and they cover the shoulder region, meaning that they cover both the collarbone and the shoulder blade. When it comes to shoulder mobility, this really helps, and by shadow exercise, we see the stretch of this muscle making it more flexible. Most people who are fond of carrying loads on their shoulders should consider performing an exercise like this to increase the shoulder flexibility strength.

At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?
- I have never fought before in my life. This exercise has made me throw a lot of punches, so when throwing boxing, I felt something I had experienced when doing press-ups, and that was on the chest. I felt pain in my chest region; it was as if bone was experiencing an extension in the form of a crack, and my back, I felt the scapula moving faster. I haven't done exercises for some weeks now, and I feel so tired at the start of this exercise.
- My heartbeat didn't fail to increase randomly when I performed shadow boxing; the rate was not the same as when I performed arm circles.
- When performing arm circles, I noticed something: the pressure on the biceps and triceps on the upper elbow region was massive since I was suspending my hands in the air after stretching. I can feel exactly where the muscles are located. This shirt was gotten from my neighbour, and in order to return the cloth without much of the sweat obtained from the exercise touching it, I had to put on a singlet, so I sweated so much and felt very tired.

Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?
The answer would have just been just, but let me elaborate. On punching, shadow boxing to be precise, we tend to focus on the position we punch, so in essence this helps in building our concentration to aim at something. If, for instance, we were involved in a physical fight, which I know we won't, or maybe we are attacked by an animal, if we hold a cutlass, we will be able to hit without missing the target.
If we can perform arm circles very often, we may reduce stress. We see people who get easily tired on petty jobs or on performing minute tasks. This can help to increase efficiency and performance. I would recommend this exercise to various people, some who complain of experiencing fatigue on small tasks or those without stability in handling working tools. This exercise will also be helpful in increasing heart performance by the heartbeat increase.
