Egg Malaicurry
Material:
- 5 eggs
- Two tablespoons of sour yogurt
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of onion paste
- 1 cup of tomato paste
Required spices:
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- Like salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of hot spices
- 1 teaspoon of raw chili powder
- Soybean oil
- Cashew nuts 20 gm
- Four gm 10 gm
- Fresh milk
Recipe:
First, you have to boil the eggs well in hot water. You have to remove the shell of the egg very carefully. Then oil the sour curd with lentil powder and turmeric and salt and leave the eggs for 20 minutes. Then fry the eggs in hot oil.
On the other hand, you have to fry four nuts of raw chili in hot oil. You have to grind the spice well by soaking it. Then you have to add tomato paste, onion powder, and other spices in hot oil and fry it a little. Then you have to add the fried spice powder.
Then you have to add the previously fried eggs and coconut milk. You have to add some hot water. When the cooking was a little gravy, I added hot spices and fresh milk and put it down.t should be put down from the stove.
Then it is great to eat freshly cooked egg cream with hot rice.
