Best time to exercise 30 minutes after you wake up, you will be fresh and energetic. Just dont forget to warm up before you start your exercises and after you finish just to avoid injuries.
Exercising has a lot of benefits, to name a few it can help with weight loss, it can make you feel happier it can reduce risk of some chronic diseases and it has many many more benefits.
To avoid overworking yourself and potentional injuries you should rest 1 day of the week and exercise 6 days of the week, you shouldn't push yourself too hard just try to improve slightly every week and you will be in shape in no time!
