What's your concept of "EQUITY and JUSTICE"??

Would you submit that there is equity and Justice in your society and nation ??

Can there ever be Justice and Equity where there is no defined law or specified moral codes to that effect??

Why are such laws and moral codes where they exist are often ineffective??
