Water is the most essential material need of humans as it is fundamental in health , sanitation etc needs if sundry.
But unfortunately, most nations of the world , especially in Africa and Asia, this all important mineral is not readily available , both for personal use and agricultural use !!
Why is this pressure still persistent despite modern technologies that would avail water in the right quantity??
Why can't such nations harness the acquifers available below the earth crust ??
Why did the nation of Isreal able to achieve water sufficiency despite their natural arid climate ??
