Why are most obviously Wealthy men MISERLY while most less endowed folks much more Liberal??

**Personal observations around my community reveals that most financially average persons are more liberal in expending financial favour to others than their wealthy counterparts **

What could be responsible for this financial liberality of the less endowed over the priviledged others??
