There is many different changes in our life that we can implement in order to improve our health, often we know what we need to do but forget or maybe too lazy.
While working we notice that we spend much time outside and sometimes there is an air-conditioner and air circulated within a building. It is noticeable that later of the week, we are tired and sleepy, can not concentrate. Sometimes even having more often viral infection, cold and so on.
You know yourself, that sometimes we notice that our general condition is weaker and that is the time to make changes.
As to me, I have made few changes that I am trying to stick to and noticed that it helped to get more energy and feel fitter than before. Here are my little tips and tricks:
go to bed not later than 10 PM during working days, so that I can have a good sleep and feel rested in the morning
wake up early, for me of course, during the working days I wake up at 6:30 AM, on weekend I wake up at 7AM and the first thing after a cup of coffee, we go for a long walk of 40 minutes. We usually go to park where many trees to get fresh air and also to have some work out for our legs
During weekday I excluded any sweet stuff, no sweets, no cakes, no biscuits, no soft drinks
to have only two meals a day during week that means 5 days and 3 times a week, that helps to reduce calories and maintain weight
on weekend one hour of jogging for an hour
I managed to stick to these points and feeling myself better, more fresh and energetic and able to work during the week without being tired.
These are simple changes and everyone can do that, I believe it was the most difficult to do it on regular basis but after 2 weeks it becomes routine and one can do it without any problem.
