Creamy and aromatic Rice Kheer

Creamy and aromatic Rice Kheer aka Indian Rice Pudding is made with basic ingredients, and is the quintessential Indian dessert that every Indian grows up eating.

Flavored with cardamom, nuts & rose water, it’s the best way to finish off an Indian meal.

Ingredients


  • Basmati rice (washed) - 1/4 cup

  • Milk - 650 ml

  • Sugar - 6 teaspoons

  • Cashew nuts and wood nuts - 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Rose water - 1 teaspoon

  • Red Rice Kanda Poha

Method


  1. Take the well-washed basmati rice in a mixer.

  2. Now heat a pan, pour milk in it and boil it.

  3. Pour the batter into the hot milk and stir evenly so that the lumps do not stick together.

  4. Cook until the milk is 1 in 3.

  5. Then you have to mix sugar in it. . Stir in the sugar for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Now you have to give crushed walnuts and almonds. . Cardamom powder should be mixed.

  7. Now you have to serve.
