스팀짱의 새로운 운영방식에 대한 공지(2023.03.26)

화창한 3월의 마지막 주말입니다.

스팀짱 유저 여러분 모두에게 행운이 깃들기를 바랍니다.

지난번 공지에서 전달하였듯이, 스팀엔진 DEX의 공식 폐쇄관련 코멘트가 나온 관계로 저희 스팀짱 운영진 역시 많은 논의 끝에 하기와 같이 새로운 운영방향을 정하려고 합니다.

1. 토큰의 재발행

ㅇ 현재 스팀엔진을 통하여 발행된 짠토큰을 TRC-20계열의 토큰으로 재발행합니다.

ㅇ 해당 토큰은 스테이킹을 통하여 @zzan.hmy계정에서 보팅지원및 스팀짱 커뮤니티내에서 사용될 예정입니다.

ㅇ 기존의 무상 에어드랍을 통한 토큰의 분배 방식에 따른 비활성 유저들의 토큰보유 부분에 대한 문제점을 인식하여, 향후에는 토큰의 분배 방식이 변경될 예정입니다.

ㅇ 재발행 토큰의 수량은 2,000만개를 기준으로 발행 예정입니다.(설계시 일부 변경될수 있습니다.)

2. 토큰의 재분배 원칙

ㅇ 기존 유저들중 활성유저들에게는 원칙적으로 1:1 에어드랍을 시행할 예정입니다.

ㅇ 비활성 유저들 보유분의 zzan 토큰에 대한 에어드랍은 실시하지 않습니다.

ㅇ 이전 공지에 언급하였듯이, 2023년 3월 31일 특정시간의 스냅샷을 기준으로 에어드랍을 진행할 예정입니다.
아울러, 금번 재발행 에어드랍의 최소 기준점은 운영진 논의를 통해 , 각 계정의 스테이킹 수량을 기준으로 할 예정이며(임대및 Balance 수량은 인정하지 않습니다.)
최소 10,000 zzan이상의 유저들에 한해서 시행될 예정입니다. (단, 최초 에어드랍이후 특정 기준을 통해 활성유저임이 확인되면, 소액의 zzan토큰도 에어드랍 보상을 실시할 계획입니다.)"

ㅇ 에어드랍은 4월중 실시할 예정이며, 일정 확정후 재 공지 하도록 하겠습니다.

ㅇ 원칙적으로 현재 보유중인 운영계정의 zzan토큰에 대한 에어드랍은 실행하지 않으며,
운영진 개인 계정의 zzan토큰에 대한 에어드랍은 일반유저와 동일한 방식으로 진행됩니다.
(단, 필요시 운영계정에 일부 재원 확보를 위해 설계후 에어드랍관련 공지를 별도로 시행할수 있습니다.)

ㅇ 스테이킹에 따른 토큰 분배 원칙은 차후 공지에서 보다 자세하게 설명해 드리도록 하겠습니다.

3. 소각정책

ㅇ 향후 스팀짱은 여러가지 정책을 통해 토큰의 소각을 진행할 예정입니다.

ㅇ 이달의 작가상및 짠 문학상 응모시 소정의 zzan토큰을 응모비로 지불하여야
작품 심사및 수상작에 선정 되실수 있습니다. (응모비는 전량 소각을 원칙으로 합니다.)

ㅇ 스왑시스템운영을 통한 일부 수익을 소각할 예정입니다.

ㅇ 스팀짱 마켓(P2P)의 에스크로 거래지원을 통한 수익 전량 소각을 원칙으로 합니다.(단, 필요시 소각률 조정을 할수 있습니다.)

4. 이달의 작가상및 짠 문학상 관련

ㅇ 현재까지 진행해 오던 방식과는 달리 향후 수상작품의 수를 각각 제한할 예정입니다.(차후 공지예정)

5. 기술적 반영(자동보팅, 자동포스팅, 자동 스왑기능, zzan p2p 마켓 에스크로 지원)

ㅇ 자동보팅 시스템: 기존의 시스템에 반영데이타를 신규 TRC-20 토큰의 스테이킹 비율(ratio)에 따라 보팅웨이트 결정, 기존과 동일하게 직전일 0시(한국시간) 기준으로 보팅웨이트 설정.

ㅇ 현재 @zzan.hmy계정의 31만 S.P는 운영자이신 @cjsdns님께서 zzan토큰 활성화를 위해 지원하고 있습니다. 그러므로, 개인적인 수익 부분은 필요시 파워다운하고 있었습니다. 이부분 정책적으로 S.P를 빠르게 올리기 위해 필요한 다른 정책을 수립하여 차후 공지하도록 하겠습니다.

ㅇ 자동 포스팅 시스템: 기존의 @zzan.info 계정의 포스팅 내용을 TRC-20 계열 신규토큰의 데이터를 동기화 해서 포스팅. 해당 부분은 @zzan.hmy 계정의 보팅파워가 98% 이하로 떨어졌을시 일일 1회 기준으로 보팅.

ㅇ @zzan.hmy 계정의 자동포스팅 : 해당 계정의 자동포스팅을 구현하여 셀프보팅을 통한 S.P(스팀파워)의 빠른 증가 유도.

o 자동스왑 시스템: 기존의 스왑 시스템을 TRC-20계열 토큰 스왑 방식으로 변경할 예정이며, 해당부분을 기술적 검토및 구축을 위해 대략 2개월 정도의 시간이 소요될것으로 예상됩니다.

해당 시스템은, 기존의 트론 스왑 기능의 활성화 여부를 어느정도 지켜보고, 신규 토큰의 가치 산정 작업을 한 이후 서비스 재운영 결정(대략 4개월 정도의 시간이 필요하게 될것 같습니다.)

6. 자체 홈페이지 개발및 운영.

현재 제공받고 있는 니트러스의 홈페이지 서비스를 탈피하여 스팀짱 자체 스킨을 제작해서 현재 구동 가능한 시스템을 탑재하는 방식으로 진행 예정.

이상의 모든 일련의 계획들은 순차적으로 진행될 예정이며, 대략적으로 완성및 검증 단계까지 2~4개월 정도의 시간이 소요될것으로 예상됩니다.
그러므로, 3월31일 스냅샷 기준이후 스캇봇에 의해 발행되는 zzan토큰의 가치에 대해서는 저희 스팀짱 운영진은 책임지지 않으며, 아울러 최종 스냅샷 기준으로 최장 2개월간은 @zzan.hmy의 보팅은 기존의 보팅룰을 통해 S.P의 영역에서만 보팅될 것입니다.
상기 공지 내용을 꼭 숙지하시고, 스냅샷 이전에 보유하고 계신 zzan토큰의 스테이키을 마무리하여 주시기 바랍니다.

As I delivered in the last notice, due to the comment on the official closure of Steem Engine DEX, we are also planning to set a new operating direction as follows after a lot of discussion.

1. Reissuance
   We will reissue the ZZAN token issued through the steem engine as a token of the TRC-20 series.

The token will be used in the @zzan.hmy account through staking to support voting and within the Steemzzang community
Recognizing the problem of the token holding part of inactive users due to the existing distribution method of tokens through free airdrop, the distribution method of tokens will be changed in the future.

The number of reissue tokens will be issued based on 20 million (some changes may be made during the design)

1. Principle of redistribution of tokens
   In principle, 1:1 airdrop will be implemented for active users among existing users.

Airdrop for zzan tokens held by inactive users is not conducted.

As mentioned in the previous notice, we will proceed with airdrop based on snapshots at a specific time on March 31, 2023.

Airdrop is scheduled to be held in April, and we will announce it again after the schedule is confirmed.
In principle, airdrops on zzan tokens of the current operating accounts are not executed,
AirDrops for zzan tokens in the management personal account are performed in the same way as regular users.
(However, if necessary, in order to secure some financial resources in the operation account, the airdrop-related notice may be separately issued after the design.)

1. Incineration policy
   In the future, Steam plans to incinerate tokens through various policies.
