Yes, there are definitely many aspects to consider, we can say that even food plays an important role in a person's attitude and learning.

I think it's great that you're sharing some constructive observations with other users, it's a humble help that can be of great benefit to anyone.

Many users are reluctant to learn, they want to get high rewards first and then learn, it's a formula that normally doesn't generate the desired results, in Steemit there are many things to learn, and then comes perseverance and discipline, you have to know how to handle fluctuations, today we can be up, tomorrow down, that shouldn't influence our performance.

Food plays a role.. it reminds me of the expression: you are what you eat...

20 years ago I was a long-distance runner, once before a 12K race it occurred to me not to have dinner the day before, and for breakfast I only ate bread with ham and cheese, I didn't perform even 50% of what I normally do. In the race I was a disappointment.

What made you decide not to eat?

The idea was to stay light, it was a practice I normally did, with this I avoided heartburn and reflux during the race, but that day my body didn't work, perhaps the heat diminished my energy.
