Risky? The Out-Of-The-Box Winners!

in hive-161155 •  3 months ago

Hi @wakeupkitty,

Those 258 STEEM have been transferred to @sahar78's Binance account.

Presumably, she's intending to transfer 258 STEEM to all of the other Admins and Moderators in due course.

Alternatively, she has decided that Knack4Buzz doesn't require @steemcurator01 support or SECs any more.

It would probably be worthwhile you, @khursheedanwar, @chasad75 and @yancar discussing why the communtiy account exists and your joint expectations of how it should be used. Perhaps @sahar78 would also benefit from understanding the Steemit Team's expectations of a community account too.

Sorry for not replying to your other mentions / comments - things have been rather hectic recently.

Hello dear
@the-gorilla
I have seriously take an action at her act. This is true that she is co-founder of community and she have access to wallet also but this act is shameful to transfer STEEM to her binance account without discussing with any team member, not even with me.

I asked her to transfer community account STEEM back to community wallet as soon as possible.

Secondly, I want to say sorry at her act because due to her mistake,I can't afford any risk with my reputation and community reputation. She also apologize with me at her act and said that she wouldn't do any important thing without informing team members next time.

Hopefully, knack4buzz community dignity and reputation wouldn't affect due to her mistake.

Wishing a good day to you

What do you mean? You two are always in touch and post the same contests. You both rarely moderate or engage since you started this community. Not even as you confronted us with the SEC. Your excuses were that you were busy but you two had time to post and be active in different communities.

Actually, I already have idea that community account growth is important and we should be focused on all steem power ups but honestly speaking I was unaware that transferring a little portion of steem can be problematic thing for community.

I admit I am not the smartest kid in town and if it comes to maths..

500 + 258 that makes uh... 🤔

First thought? @sahar78 your little bit was 50% at the time you transferred it.

You have more than one community, dolphins, accounts and start more communities and say now you didn't know and it's just a small amout (50/50), no powering up because you have no idea that a community should grow but you know how to find your way to ask for SEC and how we should be a curator who to join and so on. I must say it baffles me you know everything but not how to powerup. I guess you never did and the dolphins just showed up one day.

@khursheedanwar I like to know what makes you think your reputation is good and it does not matter if we, the moderators, take the fall .
Yancar is for sure a poor bastard with a bad omen he always seems to join a community that doesn't know how to handle the finances.

But hey, it's good to see the community powered up and the next step is?
How about an interim admin and @sahar78 steps back and only moderates and comments so she has more time to get her newcomers certificate after she did some achievements.

🤔
@the-gorilla she wanted you for moderator how about being admin or the keyholder?
Or @mikitaly perhaps for a test period?

Thanks for the info. There's no sharing, no support, no moderating from the Admins side. We know nothing, are not informed, and whatever we say or ask...
Thanks for answering - the mods do their day and if you have a look you see many posts are not moderated not even from the last SEC contests.

Interesting word "team"

I know enough... think it's time to start two more communities. Take it easy, you responded just in time.

As joint Admin does @khursheedanwar have the keys as well?

Hello dear @steemcurator02

I have access to all keys as an admin or founder and @sahar78 also have access to all keys being a co-founder.
Remaining moderators of knack4buzz only have access to private posting key.

Wish you a blessed day 💕

Communities :( ...

Alternatively, she has decided that Knack4Buzz doesn't require @steemcurator01 support or SECs any more.

Hello @the-gorilla !!
Hope you'r doing well

It's my fault to not discuss with team about 258 steem withdrawal but it was not for any other purpose.I withdraw some of STEEM for using to give rewards to winners of community contests that when I have to give rewards to winners then little by little I will transfer them back that's why I have transferred a little amount.

This is my mistake to not inform anyone in my team about it.I apologize to every team member for that.

Remaining steem I powered up and just some are still in their liquid form in wallet.I know that Steemit team wants community account growth and we'll remain focused on it and I wouldn't withdraw any single steem from community account from next time.We always need support from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 as well because without their support our community is nothing. We want to work for it's betterment and for it's growth.

Hope you understand..!!
Thanks a lot....!!

And why do you have to transfer the STEEM to Binance to give rewards to winners of community contests on Steem...?

#confused

First again I want to apologize sir 🙏

Actually, I already have idea that community account growth is important and we should be focused on all steem power ups but honestly speaking I was unaware that transferring a little portion of steem can be problematic thing for community.

I thought at that time that 258 steem are enough to distribute among winners for contests of one month so I transferred them at binance so that every week in time of need little by little I will transfer in community account wallet for transferring them to winners and remaining all tokens that will claim later I will power up and I did the same.

My fault is that I don't told any one about my action but I make sure that next time I will not transfer any single steem at any address and will not take any decision without asking from community team.

Well!! For now I have strict instructions from @khursheedanwar to transfer that 258 steem back to community account wallet so I am transferring them back.

Hope you will accept my apology and give me a chance to prove myself as best co-founder of this community.....

Thank you....

Hello, as a MOD I only have access to the public key to do my MOD and curation work.

I am completely unaware of the movements of the community account wallet, I am surprised that this withdrawal will not be reported.

I hope that friend @sahar78 has her appropriate words to explain it.

Happy and blessed day.

Hi @the-gorilla, I hope you are doing well.

On 20th August, I asked @wakeupkitty about why Sahar didnt set beneficiary as me in winners posts and only set 2 other mods. She said there was some issue in setting beneficiary more than 2 so I asked sahar about this. She said she will transfer it to me later. After that I just open the Knack4Buzz community account to check the transfers.

What I saw was 258 steem withdrawn out of the account. I talked to @wakeupkitty about this matter and she also saw it few minutes before me. I talked to her on telegram which I can only use with VPN connection as it is blocked in Pakistan.

Sahar didnt tell us about this transfer and we mods never ask her to send us steem because we know it is for powerup only. You can check my binance transactions below.

You can see I got no funds since 6th month. I talked with Sahar as well on Whatsapp about this withdrawal she said that she did only this time and will not do it again. She also said will do powerup of the remaining steem. So I didnt asked her anything further because we are mods and its their community. We are limited to only moderation so I asked her to not do again it will affect the community and not only community but also our reputation.

Below you can check after I saw the withdrawal, I immediately cancel my delegation for the community. Because I know this withdraw will affect mods as well even if we did nothing and not get any steem that was transferred from community account.

Thank you :)
