Hello steem japan community!😍

Today let's get fit and be healthy! It's 6:00 in the morning in summer month here in the philippines. I wake up early because I want to do jogging and I'm not expecting to do it alone coz I have here my three buddies, my three angels.

My three angels, my kiddos are so excited just like me because of how many months we've stayed in the house. Will it is not risky or dangerous because we just do our jogging in the subdivision near only on our house. And the place where we do our jogging with is not crowded with people, so it is still safe for us.

But before we do our jogging, of course we executed first the warm up exercise or stretching. And then in a few minutes, we started to jog. We conduct jogging for about 30 minutes and exactly our sweats started to fall. So by then we decided to stop by jogging, and decided to play one on one badminton with my eldest daughter athena. Actually, she is a lawn tennis player in the school. Infact, she receives already some recognition in school for her lawn tennis game. But I'd tried my best to bit my eldest daughter in badminton but honestly I can't bit her.

And then after that, we decided to go back home. And on our way home we hear the sounds of my uncle's goat which already starving. My children get pitty to the goat so they find some malunggay leaves inorder to feed the starving goat. They both happy and satisfied for this day coz they see the goat eats the leaves.

It's another best way of bonding my children during their childhood days. So this is my another funny summer story activity, jogging with my kiddos early in the morning. Till next time time!😉
