Steem Cameroon Country Representative’s Blogs Review, CSI Score Review, Delegations Review, Membership Review, #Club5050 Review, and the Cameroon Steemit Njangi and 100K SP Shares Program Report

The purpose of this report is to;

1. Effectively Review Cameroonian Steemians blogs and make recommendations on how they can improve their blogging on Steemit. Through the blogs review, I will be able to provide one-on-one coaching calls to Cameroonian steemians and provide them feedback on how they can become better Steemians. The blogs review will also guide me to be able to know what kinds of Steemit training to offer to members of my community.
2. To evaluate the CSI Index of members of my community and make recommendations while encouraging dormant steemians to delegate 100% of their SP to the community account.
3. Steem Cameroon has +1500 Subscribers and it's important for us to differentiate between members and subscribers hence the need for the membership census. This will also help to keep track of the total number of newbies that join the community during the month.
4. To evaluate Steem Cameroon’s growth via delegations and the Cameroon Steemit Njangi/100K SP Shares Program
5. To encourage members of Steem Cameroon to join #Club5050
   Steem Cameroon has over 1500 Subscribers with over 122 active posters. To review all these numbers in one report will make it voluminous and ineffective and this explains why I have broken down the number of members of my community into four groups so that I can effectively review a quarter of total members per week but most importantly review all members status of my community and make recommendations before the end of the month.

Membership, Delegation and #Club5050 Review Report

To be a member of @steem-cameroon, you must delegate to the community or be registered and labelled as a Newbie. Cameroonian Steemians who have delegated to the community account are rewarded with 0.5 Steem for every 100 SP delegated as well as upvotes from @steem-cameroon, @fombae, @saxopedia, @majerius and @thegreens. Their posts are also recommended for @steemcurator04 and @booming upvotes.

CSI Score and Blogs Review Report

CSI means Community Support Index and CSI score is a measure of your voting behavior on Steemit. The CSI Row gives the number of self-votes and the number of upvotes and accounts upvoted. There are no rules about CSI but a high CSI score means that you are highly supporting the community using votes and vice versa. This implies, the higher your CSI score, the better and this explains the reason for this report.

Unlike the first report, the CSI Score and Blogs review report shall only focus on 30 Steemians for this week so that I can take 34 Steemians next week and conclude with the remainder during the last week of the month.
The goal of this report is to make recommendations for Steemians to improve their curation levels or delegate their dormant or Inactive SP to the community account during their period of dormancy or inactivity. The report also goes further to review and make individual recommendations on how individual Steemians can blog better.

Cameroon Steemit Njangi and 100K SP Shares Program Report

Six months ago, we started the Cameroon Steemit Njangi, a socio-economic activity aimed at fostering social cohesion among Cameroonian Steemians, economically empowering her members, and also enabling them to start contributing their shares for the 100K SP Shares Program. The Njangi comprises 25 members who own a total of 56 shares with their primary goal being to empower each other as well as power-up @steem-cameroon with 26K Steem by May 2022. Below is a list of the Njangi Members and their total number of shares for the 100K SP Shares Program

56 shares have so far been given out to 25 Cameroonian Steemians via the Cameroon Steemit Njangi. 44 more shares will be sold in the months ahead.

By May 2022, these 25 Shareholders are expected to have raised the SP of @steem-cameroon by 26K Steem, and by May 2023, they are expected to have injected 56K SP into @steem-cameroon.

How the Cameroon Steemit Njangi works

Every week, Njangi members contribute 01 SBD per share and send it to @steem-cameroon. This implies 56 SBD is contributed weekly.
50% of 52SBD out of the 56SBD contributed is then awarded to one Njangi member (Njangi Beneficiary) for their personal use and then 50% is used to pay their shares for the 100K SP Shares Program.
The remaining 4SBD is carried forward until it totals 52SBD to be handed to another beneficiary.
In simple terms, the njangi program will run for 52 weeks during which all njangi members will contribute 1 SBD weekly making a total of 52 SBD of which 26 will be given back to them and 26 used to contribute for their shares.

Last week was the twenty-sixth week of the Cameroon Steemit Njangi and had @thegreens as the Njangi Beneficiary:

At week 26, @Steem-cameroon has already raised over 650 SBD and used it to power up the community account.

Conclusion

Delegating to @steem-cameroon, improving CSI Score, powering up over 50% of earnings, owning a share with Cameroon Steemit Njangi, and improving on the quality of writing will build a vibrant, active, supportive and very rewarding community that is self-reliant.
