Assalam O Alaikum.

Hello my steemit friends i hope you are all doing well today i am excited to share my entry for this weeks contest. Its about my learning and teaching experiences over the past week as a student of cardiology every day brings some thing new to learn. This past week was full of interesting topics that helped me grow and improved. I also got a chanced to teach others which was a valuable experience. Let me tell you more about what i learned and taught and how it has impacted my progress.

What did i learn or teach?

This week i focused on learning more about heart diseases and the ways to treated them one of the main topics was coronary artery disease which happened when the blood vessels in the heart becomes narrow or blocked. I learning about the symptoms like chest pains and the risk factors such as smoking and high blood pressure the treatments include medicines lifestyle changes and sometimes surgery. This helped me understand how important it is to take care of our heart health.

Besides learning i also had the opportunity to teach my younger brother some science topics. He was struggling with understands the circulatory system so i explained to him how the heart pumps blood through the body. I used simple words and made diagrams to help him understand. It was nice to see him enjoy learning and i felt proud to help him out.

Teaching and Learning Over the Past Week.

During this week i tried to balance my own studies and helping others. In addition to studying heart diseases i spent some time learning about CPR. Its a life saving technique used when someones heart stops beating. I watched videos and practiced on a dummy to make sure i understood the right way to perform CPR. It made me feel more confident because this skill can be very helpful in emergencies.

Teaching my brother was also an interesting experience. I realized that when you teach someone it helps you remember the things you learned more clearly. While explaining the circulatory system to him i felt like i was also revising my own knowledge. It made the learning process more enjoyable and effective.

Progress After Teaching or Learning.

After a week of learning and teaching I can say that my progress has been good. I feel more confident about understanding heart diseases and how to treat them. Practicing CPR was especially helpful because it gave me a real life skill that i can use in emergencies. It is not just about reading books its about knowing how to help someone in need.

Helping my brother was also rewarding. I noticed that he started showing more interest in science after our study sessions. It made me happy to see that he was learning and enjoying it a same times. This experienced taught me that when you share your knowledge with others you learn even more yourself.

In conclusion this week was full of learning new things and helping others understand them too. It made me realize the value of both teaching and learning in our daily lives. I look forward to continuing this journey and growing even more. Thank you for reading my post.

Glad to know that you have learned about heart disease, therefore let's take better care of our heart to keep it healthy.

My hope is that if you return to posting in our community, make sure you use more of your own photos that can explain and prove your learning activities, so that we can know the condition of your learning process, the condition of the class and the number of students taking the lesson.

The same thing if you teach your children and younger siblings at home, please don't forget to add photos of the learning process starting and ending.
