Starting by wishing good health to all steemit friends. I'm here today to participate in a new awesome engagement challenge. Since I was a teacher myself I will participate in this great engagement challenge with my experience. The theme of the engagement challenge is "slc | s21w2: Effective Classroom Management". So let's get started.

1. To the best of your knowledge, what is effective classroom management and how does it relate to planning, implementation, assessment of learning and optimal use of resources? Explain the relationship of each of these points using your language. (2.5 points)

Every teacher has one responsibility from his/her place which is classroom management. A teacher does his classroom activities on his own responsibility. I was employed as a teacher in a private kindergarten school for a few years. But after marriage I left the job of a teacher. However, classroom management is a very important task.

  • Planning : The main job of a teacher is planning. The teacher has to plan in advance what he will teach in his class room or how the environment of the class room will be. A good plan will keep the classroom environment calm and beautiful along with good understanding with the students.

  • Implementation : After planning, a teacher needs to implement them. The teacher often consults with his colleagues to implement his plan and then implements it himself or herself in the classroom. For example, when I was a teacher, I used to paint my class room with different colors on the walls. By doing this, students' intelligence would develop and the classroom would look beautiful. If the classroom environment is good, students also enjoy studying.

  • Assessment of learning : Assessment of learning is one of the greatest skills of a teacher. Not all students are the same. Students have to evaluate their learning individually by evaluating their merits. A teacher finds out his weak student and teaches him through good communication. So I think assessment of learning is of immense importance for classroom management.

  • Optimal use of resources : A teacher must ensure optimal use of resources. Otherwise a student cannot learn anything good from his teacher. It is the duty of every teacher and student to use the things inside the classroom properly and create values.

A good classroom management can lead to better education for bright future of students

2. How do you create a classroom environment that supports the learning process?, The explanation you gave is based on personal experience. (2 points)

I am sharing my experience as I was a teacher. I think a student should be taught values first. In addition to maintaining a good classroom environment, a teacher should have an ethical influence on each student. Students should respect each other. Besides, a teacher must teach a student to value his time.

The more beautiful the environment of the classroom, the more students will be interested in learning. In order to keep pace with the digital age, the classroom must be equipped with technical education for the development of students' talent. Also, find out the weak students and provide them with proper assessment.

But every teacher must teach respect and discipline to every student. Good manners create a good classroom environment. A good classroom environment supports good learning.

3. According to your experience and observations, what factors can hinder effective classroom management? Explain why these things are an obstacle. (2.5)

Management in a classroom can be hindered in many ways. Firstly, every educational institution is not the same and there are not enough teachers and resources. So I think classrooms often don't have the right amount of material to teach students.

Besides, it is very good to appoint trained teachers. If teachers are appointed without training, many times the teacher cannot provide good management of students' education in his classroom. Another important aspect is discipline. A classroom can never provide good management if a sense of discipline is not inculcated among the students.

I have seen many teachers who do not work according to the plan. In that case it becomes very difficult for them to manage the classroom. Because the implementation of a good plan is the first step in the work. Also, a teacher takes proper decisions and implements classroom management.

4. Is learning engagement related to effective classroom management? What do you think about this, explain widely according to your thoughts. (2 points)

I agree that education has a contractual relationship with effective classroom management. The learning contract is closely related to classroom management. The learning contract consists of a good understanding between a teacher and students.

The teacher teaches his students about values which are very important for classroom management. A student and teacher have such a relationship that the teacher can easily find the weak areas of the student's learning and guide the student accordingly.

Every student values each other's time by respecting each other through their learning which is included inside a classroom management. Classroom management is properly implemented through the good relationship between the student and the teacher.

When I was a teacher, I used to do activities with students to implement my plans. By doing this, students help and respect each other as well as develop their talent and use resources properly. So I think learning contract is very important to implement classroom management.
