Tell us what your specialty is and what you want to teach your students in the next hour-long meeting? (1 point)

Well, as I said before I was a teacher before my marriage. But today I will share with you how I taught my students for an hour. Every teacher prepares a textbook teaching plan before teaching students in his classroom. That's exactly what I used to do. I was a kindergarten school teacher. I used to teach social textbooks to class six and seven students and Bengali textbooks to class three children. I used to give homework to students every day.

After going to class, I would treat the students with moral behavior and check their homework for 5 minutes after my time here. Then I would discuss with the students about the new chapters in their textbooks. Here I used to find out the difference between weak students and good students and give them some time. My total time spent here was thirty minutes to 35 minutes. Sometimes I discussed the text books here in groups of students for 35 minutes. So that weak students and good students can fully understand and learn the reading of the text book through discussion together. After that I would revise the previous syllabus with the students and it would take fifteen minutes of my time. Remaining 5 minutes to discuss with the students about their behavior ethics and external knowledge.

Tell about how learning is done from start to finish (input-process-output)? (2.5 points)

  • Input: How a teacher teaches students and the combination of methods and techniques is input. For example, when I was a teacher, I used to teach my students the method and how they mastered it well. Input is usually planning to combine these methods. refers to

  • Process: A teacher calls the process to the head of education according to the students' plan. Students can master the assignments and learning by practicing them through their teacher. Here a teacher must focus on his teaching and how much knowledge the students can gain.

  • Output: It means evaluating the student's reading and knowledge to understand how much knowledge a teacher has imparted to his students. When I was learning, I used to extract knowledge from the students, i.e. evaluate what I was teaching. By doing this I could understand how much the students were able to learn from me. And I think that is the output of education.

How do you ensure that students change in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects after the learning activity? (2.5 points)

Before teaching a student in the classroom, a teacher must be knowledgeable about the textbook he/she is going to teach the student. Then go to the class room and understand the type of students. Because not all students are the same i.e. they can't learn the text books at the same time. Therefore, the teacher should teach all students the amount of knowledge they can acquire.

As well as attracting the attention of students. All students are not the same so many students become inattentive in studies. So every teacher should make the inattentive student attentive. Also give group text book teaching to weak student to become good student.

The most important aspect is to evaluate the results. Outcome Assessment i.e. Outcome Assessment is the best use of how well a teacher is able to teach his/her students. Through this the teacher can have an idea about the knowledge of his students.

To give opportunities to students so that they develop interest in learning. For example giving students freedom to ask questions if they don't understand something and every teacher should answer the questions. When a teacher is reading to his students besides keeping an eye on how much the students have understood.

A teacher should have an idea about the good students as well as the weak students i.e. each student. Finding out the weak areas of the students and teaching them. In this way the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of the students can be changed.

Are the methods and techniques you use appropriate, how will you develop methods and techniques in future learning sessions? (1 point)

A teacher provides education to students by considering various aspects. Because a teacher makes a student wise by imparting all his knowledge. Whenever a teacher imparts textual knowledge to students in his/her classroom, he/she has to take care of the students. In addition, various tools are needed to teach the students, which the teacher has to keep in advance.

According to how much knowledge a student can acquire, the teacher teaches his textbook. Besides maintaining good friendly relations with students. This way students can easily share their problems with the teacher and the teacher can solve the student's problem accordingly.

A teacher teaches his students various morals and good and bad aspects of externalities. Along with studies, I also impart knowledge about sports to the students. A teacher has to take care that the students are not under any kind of stress.

To bring attention to the study, many times the teacher practices the reading of the textbook with the students in groups. This creates better bonding of students with each other and improves learning.
