Greetings my people. Guess we are all doing well. I would like to share with us how I made an adequate diet using less than #1000. Like the saying goes every woman is an economist. So am going to show us how I made this delicious meal.

Procedure

First of all, I washed all my ingredients and set them aside as seen in the image above.
Followed by cooking of potatoes till they are tender.
Then, in an empty pot I added a little quantity of water and some chopped onion, salt to taste and half cube of know seasoning .
Set it on fire, allow it to boil then add the washed fish into the boiling water.
I allowed it to cook well before bringing bringing it down. I sieved out the fish from the water, removed the bones and set aside.
Next, I set an empty pot on fire poured a very small quantity of vegetable oil into the pot, allow it to heat a bit, then poured the remaining chopped onion, blended pepper, remaining half of know cube, a pinch of salt and stirred it for two minutes, poured the deboned fish into the pot, stir for another 2 minuets, add my vegetable, cover it and allow it to heat for one minute. I brought it down and served the dinner for family of three.

So it's still possible to use 1k to prepare a balanced diet here in Nigeria. Well I guess it's not that possible if you include gas fee. Your food is appetizing. I hope I am invited.

Excluding gas dear. Everything is quite expensive but we have to survive. Lol you missed out, we downloaded every bit of it last night

This is beautiful to behold. In this country, it's now very expressive to survive. This is insightful and will be helpful to many

Thanks for your compliment sir. Will write more content like this
