Sunday Free writing Post, Knee pain in women

Asalam alikum, I hope all the wonderful ladies are doing well. It is my first post in this community, as per the schedule for this community Sunday is a free writing day so I thought of writing on issue that is very common these days especially in women. It is knee pain that is very disturbing. It has many reasons, every one should know about it and try to adopt a lifestyle that would minimize the possibilities of knee pain. There are so many reasons behind women experincing knee pain. I will try to address few of the reasons;

#Overuse:
Knee discomfort can be brought on by overuse or repetitive strain especially in sports or physically active people.

#Injury:
Knee discomfort may result from an injury to the knee such as a patellar fracture, meniscus tear or torn ligament.

#Arthritis:
Knee discomfort is frequently brought on by arthritis particularly osteoarthritis especially in elderly people.

#Obesity:
Obesity can increase the strain on the knee joints causing pain and discomfort.

#Poorposture:
Unhealthy alignment or posture can place undue strain on the knees, eventually leading to pain.

Remedies for knee pain are as follows:

We can take help from the following remedies for curing knee pain.

#Resting and iceing:
Ice therapy and resting the knee can assist to lessen discomfort and inflammation.

#Exercise:
Stretching and strengthening activities can help increase knee flexibility and strength, lowering the risk of pain and damage.

#Pain relievers: .
In case of severe pain we can use pain killers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen but for routine pain permanent solution should be followed

#Weight loss:
Reducing weight can help relieve pain and lessen strain on the knee joints

#Physical therapy:
By strengthening and stretching the knee muscles, a physical therapist can assist in developing a personalised workout regimen that can lessen discomfort and increase mobility.

#calcium and vitamin D intake:
women should take some calcium and vitamin D supplement on daily basis. As with growing age women are vulnerable because of the deficeincy of cacium and vitamin D. I heard a doctor saying that after 25 all women should consume calcium and vitamin D on a regular basis.

A doctor should be seen for an assessment and possible treatments if knee pain is severe or persistent.

What you must do is to keep your voting power between 80 and 100%.
With this you must vote on 20 posts if you vote at 100% and on 25 posts if you vote at 50% every single day.
