Hello my dear Steemians,
After having Christmas and New Year time it is time for new resolution of new goals set up from beginning of the year. Do you also do the same?
My main goal is to do more regular walking on fresh air. I think walking is less stressful than work out in gym, because our body needs exercise that is going slowly and for prolong time so that our heart can get used to that work load without exhaustion.
Often we decide to go to gym and spend there an hour hard working, after that we get tired, hungry and frustrated and at the end we eat and all calories that we burned by exercise we just put back on and again very frustrated.
That is a reason why we decided to schedule regular hour a day for a walk and that should be not less than 40 minutes because only then our body can start burning our calories.
My main goal of the exercise is to improve my health but also being outside or visiting nice places it is also good for our emotions with this we get “food” for our soul too.
The park but also the little village with harbour is about 50 minute away just one way, so it is nice destination for our walking.
Luckily we had dry weather, it was not too cold. So when we arrived to park it was still very early, I love this playground which was built recently. Much is done from wood and that makes this place very attractive for families and children.
I forgot to tell that when we are at this park we are quite high aboe the sea and that gives a good panorama view over the water and at hte town at horizon. Water is calm and there are no waves.
When we walk along the waterside there is a stone wall with a little observation points that allowed in the past to look far at horizon to make sure that there is no intruders and if there is any then to warn the people from that place in advance so that everyone could be prepared.
This time of morning the sky is very special, sun is a little higher that is why it is cold, grey - blue colour even a bit silver with clouds. Yesllow sun is just shimmering through clouds, that has nice reflection on water. I believe this colours match so well with the colours of stones that were used for harbour, the same time it is fitst well to this cold and rough weather is Scotland.
This is beautiful photo of sky and boats, currently they are out of water. I think many do not sail in winter, water is cold and it is often rainy.
This is hte final destination of our journey, we always go in that old house, there is a small tourists place with cards, souvenirs and cafe. We decided not to go to cafe, because it is our fitness walking, so coffee will be reward for us, once we are back. Alltogether it was 6 km to and back.
