Healthy Recipe: A Nutritious Smoothie

Hey there!

Today I'll be showing you my one of the favourite juices I've made till now. As a teenager, it's important to have complete source of nutrients in my body but I'm usually busy because of my academics and difficult routine. That's why I make healthy juices and drink them for a week, that so easy for me to handle and I get all the pack of nutrients my needed. Every week I make it and it take only few minutes. Like if we drink this juice, I'll definitely going to have a powerful dose of nutrients

INGREDIENTS:

1. BEETROOT:

Beetroot is extremely rich in minerals and vitamins.if you daily exercise, then it's best for you and will support your routine. It also helps in heart conditions and also improves liver condition. it also have antioxidants. Personally beetroot is good for skin too that's the great point.

2. GINGER:

Immune system should be strong. Ginger helps in that. I believe that it sometimes make your juice little weird but believe me it's very beneficial for your health.ot also contain antioxidants properties.
which can help with digestion, if you exercise in your routine you can use it as muscles pain to relieve.

3. CUMUMBER

The best part of the juice, cumumber helps in dehydrations. People with diet use it in their salad 🥗 beacuse it contain less calories. It keeps you refresh and makes your mood happy. It's a great option for your daily diet. They also contain vitamin and helps in healthy skin.

4. LEMON:

They are great source of vitamin C. They help in good skin, also support weight loss diet. Great for immune system as well.

5.APPLE:

When a apple can keep a doctor away from us, then just think how it must be beneficial for us. We know that it contain vitamins, and minerals, good for you health. It also give you energy that's a Plus point.

Add every ingredient in the blender and wait till it blends properly.
We can remove the pulp also but I didn't cuz I
Believe we should drink it with pulp but that's my opinion you can remove it. I drink it it's so refreshing and healthy for the week. And every weekend I make it which makes me believe that I'm productive. I hope you like my post. Comment down how you feeling about the juice.🥦🌰🍎🥒 🍋
