Like it's quoted Health is Wealth. @hive-168205 I will love to appreciate your impacts on this subjects matter. Man cannot be wealthy if the biological structures are unhealthy. Man will be wealthy when the biological structures are healthy, because Good health is the impetus to function as a living presence.

And I want to ensure that the world within ( the awesome Steemians ) hears part of the story on Medical Talk Wk 1 - Healthy Habits Vs Unhealthy Habits.

What are some things you do daily that make you feel healthy and strong?" (Healthy Habits)

  • Exercise.

The first thing I do when I'm waken from sleep is to engage my body in a physical fitness. It mustn't be hardtype. I will get my kits from my lodge and fill my legs with it. Once I'm done, I will move directly to the field (almost 100 meters) and I will start running on it.

This is an interesting exercise to get along with. At initial it will seem difficult and non-accomplishable. But, once you starts, although without your kits, you may felt pains somewhere along the joint or the lab. I always do this every morning and it's been amazing.
Excess sugar (more of cholesterol) is not good for our body, and so whenever we engage in exercise, High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) removes the excess sugar (that has been delivered by LDL) from the tissue and transports it to the liver for processing.

We've heard of several situations where men are pained with burning sensation in the body. Mostly, when there's no exercise, the body feel relaxed and serve as a storing point for all caking events. So exercise is very very important.

  • I drink some cup of water every morning. Yes, the body needs this. You can't do without it. I don't know about you, but if you try this, it will help you.

Whenever you wake from sleep. Your body wakes with reserve gases that may lead to inability of the enzymes during digestion, drinking water every morning help to regulate and steam the enzymes, inorder for them to regain the ability to carryout their various functions.

What are some unhealthy habits and why they are harmful for a healthy life?

  • Laziness

One of the most deadliest habits is Laziness. For the body to maintain its formations appropriately, the functional unit of life needs to be retain. This won't be possible if the body becomes irresponsible of its factors. Laziness pulls down the impetus of a man to function appropriately.

A body becomes illegit once the functional unit are forced to stop operation (anabolize and catabolize). And so, without one involving in unlazy events such as exercise, body building games and lots more, this operations would be forced to stop working. So, laziness is very toxical. Try to get rid of it.

  • Hatred

The last time I impeach this in a law court was when I had serious encounter with a female students who felt distinct by morphological genius. Hatred is not a welcome habits. It starts from initial phase, and then multiplies until it reaches the maximum. It can't be seen, but can be studied in our expressions.


The worst thing about this habits Hatred is that:

  • Elimination of brain cells is possible (Kupffer)

The cells loses focus once hatred habits is activated. Remember, for a man to think well, the cells must be active. So, when the cells becomes inactive, it simply showcases that a bomb has been drop into the nucleus of the cell, and the bomb can be in any form such as hatred, malice, dislikeness and etc. Surprisingly these bombs are not positive and lightish, they are darkish in nature.

The vastness of hatred or any kind over the brain cells can't be described even when using Heisenberg uncertainty principles. Since it is darkish in nature, the charges of it can't be determined easily even if a microscope is applied, because hatred speed is that of an electron. According to @chisom77 theory in one of my unpublish thesis: hatred has a firewall strings that rotate speedily.

  • Degradation of Food impacts

Have you ever wander what makes a child who eats much not to have a reflects of what he eats? An of Hatred is found within the system, and nomatter what the child eats, there won't be sign of enlargements. Yes! The child will grow, but how long will the child continue in such influence. Like I said, hatred may be of any kind like malice or whatever, but don't ever allow yourself to be initiated by it.

  • Disconnection from Powerful Teams

Hatred will make you to disconnects from your best friends who were positively impacting values into you. I don't know if you have experience that before, if you haven't, then goal yourself never to. Hatred will make you to see your best friends as destroyers of your plans and desires. Sincerely speaking, they aren't. It just that, you've activated something strange, and that can alone is capable of alternating mutation.


  • Sleeping at the wrong time

You won't believe that sleeping at the wrong time is an unhealthy habits. Come on, there are times when you are suppose to accomplish a mission in the realm, and even when there's an alert within you, sleep makes you feeble and irresponsive to the clarion. Don't allow sleep mute your purpose.

Eating food early makes me healthy. This is a short story about how eating something healthy makes me feel. I was fifteen when my parents left me alone in the house, and travelled to the village for an exercise. As a teenager, there's every possibility for me to invite some guest into my house since I was alone.

Like my teacher always say, there are two things to eat from. Either from human being (a girl) or from vegetables. And I chose the right one. Eating from girls won't be of profit, I will be fixed in a losing part. But, chosing to eat from God-made vegetations are enormous. And you know what, my parents had baked the best of it all. Everything were all furnished in the lockroom.

I just developed an eating habit. Eating morning, afternoon and nights, all at the appropriate time. Come and see my structure then, it was amazing.

Could you share a time when doing something unhealthy made you feel really bad?

Struggling to get myself relieve from a girls arm. I don't know what makes sex interesting for tender generations. I felt bad, trying to release my hands from the bond of a girl. She forced me into a piece of iniquity which I wasn't prepared to even pay a visit. I hate sin, and so giving room for such wasn't my copy. But I thank God, I overcame.

In conclusion, Health is Wealth. But that won't be possible if there's an atom of distress and anxiety in you. It will definitely suck out the nutrients in your body. Be wise.....
