Greetings Steemians! We all know that Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11 Week 5 has started. So today I am here to take part in a beautiful contest organsied by Healthy Steem community. The topic of the challenge is “The Four Main Factors of Health”. So let’s start!

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?


Health is a very good blessing given by God, and we should take care of our health. We can take care of our health only when we eat healthy food, which is good for our health. Eating a healthy diet can save us from many diseases, and we should always follow a healthy diet plan.

Well, to maintain my health, I try to eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, salad, and other things that are beneficial for our health. These things are really good for our body's health and much better than fast food like burgers, pizza, shuwarma, etc.

Healthy fruits

In the breakfast, I eat mostly eggs with roti; before the afternoon, I eat fruits; in the lunch, I eat mostly vegetables, salad, and lassi; and in the dinner, I eat vegetables too. I eat less fast food because eating a lot of fast food can be harmful for our health.

We can surely improve our diet if we follow some instructions. So below are some points, and if we follow them, we can improve our diet.

  • Eating healthy food
  • Avoid overeating
  • Avoid unhealthy foods
  • Always cook at ho
  • Daily, eat an apple
  • Eat meals at the appropriate time

So these are some things to improve our diet. If we follow the above points, then it will be very beneficial for our health.


What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?


Unfortunately, I have to say that my sleeping pattern is not good at all because I often sleep too late at night, and we all know that is not good for our health at all because we should sleep at the proper time. It is not a good habit to sleep late and to awaken early in the morning. I am very sad about my sleeping routine, but God willing, now I will try to improve it, and we can improve our sleeping pattern by following some things, like doing regular exercise.

We should watch our diet before sleeping, we should follow a consistent sleep schedule, we should create a bedtime routine, and lastly, offer prayers as it gives us mental satisaction.

So if we take care of these things, we can surely improve our sleeping patterns, which will be beneficial for our health. I always sleep late at night, but from now on I will follow the above instructions so that my sleeping pattern can be improved.


What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?


To maintain my health, I always try to walk daily and exercise. I wake up early in the morning and offer Fajr prayer, and prayer is a kind of exercise for me. After the prayer, I exercise not regularly but 3–4 times a week, but I hope that I will improve it more in the coming days. At night, I also go to the park for exercise after the last prayer (Isha).

Praying

As I mentioned in the above paragraph, I pray regularly, which is a form of exercise, but I still need more exercise because we should exercise more and more because the more we exercise, the better our health will be. My current exercise routine is not regular, but I will try to increase my exercise activities in the coming days because I need to do more.


What do you do for mental fitness?


Take caring of our mental health is very important and we should take care of it. Below are some things that is very good for our mental fitness.

Play games

Games are very important for our mental health because games relax us. So the first thing that is good for our mental health is to play games.

Reading books

Reading is a great activity that can be good for our mental health. Therefore, reading a variety of books can improve our mental health.

Use all our senses

We have 5 senses and using all these senses is very good for our mental health. We should always use our total senses to maintain the health of our mind.

Daily meditation

We all know the benefits of meditation and there is no doubt that it is very helpful in improving our mental well-being. For this we should meditate daily.

Interesting description from you my brother! First, Health is a gift for which we must be grateful by maintaining a pattern of eating, sleeping, exercising and most importantly always worshiping the Creator, because a healthy breath is very expensive if it has to be redeemed with money.
