Hello dear cherished member's of Steem health, I welcome you all to my blog I hope you all are doing good by the special Grace of God, it's my pleasure to be here again to participate in a contest titled "Heat rash" . All thanks to @khursheedanwar for organising this contest challenge, I will start from here without wasting time.

I will first of all start by explaining what heat rash is all about.Heat rash simply refers to a common condition that actually occurs when the skin sweat glands actually becomes blocked and swell and also causing irritation, this actually occurs expecially when the weather is hot and humid, it can simply be uncomfortable and painful to the body.

And the causes of heat rash are as follows...

• Hot And Humid Environment: This actually means that heat can actually occur when the environment is hot most expecially in dry season.

• Swear collecting through clothes and the body: I also consider this as the causes of heat rashes.

• Fever is also one of the causes of heat rashes.

• When sweat ducts also becomes blocked due to heat and high humidity it can also develop heat rash.

• Being on bed rest for a long time and having some fever.

• Physical activities like playing or doing a hard work that may consider bringing out sweat from your body.

The best treatment that I will give to the person, I will make sure that I make use of a wet towel to clean the affected area of the rashes then rob it powder or medicated ointment to the affected part of the body. I will also make sure that I consult a health care professional only if the symptoms still persist so that he or she can be given a proper treatment.

Yes, severe heat rash can actually makes anyone to be forbidden while heat rashes is a self limiting condition that is only resolves on it's own which can actually be Painful, uncomfortable or making someone to be weak. In some severe cases, heat rash also causes infection which can lead to more severe symptoms like fever and chills. A health care professional can also provide guidance on treatment to help alleviate some symptoms and promote recovery.

Since heat rash is a self timing condition that resolves on it's own it can be uncomfortable and painful so in this case if symptoms persist it is crucial to seek medical attention for further guidance.
