Everything we eat has medical worth, I think. Some foods are healthy for the heart, blood and bones while others are full of vitamins and mineral. Each meal has different colours, flavours, and textures that contribute to its health advantages.

Many foods have great therapeutic qualities. Choosing five instances from this long list is challenging. But here are five significant examples:
1. High in nutritional fibre, green apples promote healthy digestion and intestinal flora. Physiological operation depends on a healthy stomach. Green apples' vitamin C boosts immunity and offers antioxidant protection to cells.
2. Black seeds are antioxidants and antiinflammatory . They've traditionally treated respiratory and intestinal difficulties. In addition, they support liver health and blood sugar control.
3. Fruits like pomegranates are rich in vitamins notably C and K and fibre. They also lower blood pressure and cholesterol and reduce inflammation.
4. Dates: Rich in fibre, potassium, magnesium, and copper—minerals that support teeth and bones—dates are naturally sweet. They help digestion, boost energy, and combat free radicals that cause disease.
5. Super food: Sweet potatoes.Fibre, vitamins (particularly A), and minerals abound in them. Their low glycaemic index helps to control blood sugar, strengthen the immune system, and shield the eyes.

A variety of foods high in nutrients combined in a balanced diet promote health preservation. How to include food in day-to-day activities for health
1. Eat as many colourful fruits and veggies as you can . They are full of vitamins and minerals .
2. To keep your energy up and your body working right a wellbalanced meal should have protein good fats and carbs .
3. Stay hydrated. For this, you can eat fruits and veggies that are high in water and drink water.
4. To reach a healthy weight, pay attention to your hunger and eat in a smart way.

Yes, it should be emphasised in schools how food is medicine. Early knowledge of food nutrition and its benefits to health can help children make better decisions later on. Knowing this can help ward against obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, among other lifestyle illnesses. With nutrition education included into school curricula, we can produce a generation that respects food and its importance to health.
In conclusion, food is therapeutic, and understanding this can improve our health. By making informed food choices and training future generations to do so, we can reduce medicine use and build a healthy society.
