I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah.So I'm fine too.I was thinking to participate in a contest,then I saw this Healthy Steem the Moderator @hive-168205 Steemit Engagement Challenge S11-W5 {Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health"} Thanks to him for organizing such a beautiful contest.I am ready to participate in this competition with pleasure.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Yes' I always eat nutritious food to keep myself healthy.For example, I consume fruits, vegetables, calcium and protein rich foods.I always consider nutritious food to protect my health.I often add new nutritious foods to my meals.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables most of the time.I am more attracted to non-vegetarian food.But it is not right to eat non-vegetarian food all the time, eating too much will be very bad for health.Not only that, I also indulged in sugary foods.I try to stay in the best health possible.Staying healthy is not just about eating the right foods but also taking care of your body and doing regular exercise.

By doing this, our body will be healthy and our mind will be good.And we need to drink more water all the time, it will increase the body's liver and immune system.Rice is the main food in our Bangladesh as rice is not known in other countries.We think that a person cannot live without eating rice but this is not correct.For example, here we eat rice at three o'clock in the morning, afternoon and night.By doing this, there is a danger of increasing health and risk. So I think one meal of rice should be eaten daily and other times bread or vegetables or fruits should be eaten.Then our body will be much better.I eat rice for one meal every day and fruit or bread for the other two meals.Aim for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

A person's health condition is influenced by sleep.And an incomparable need for humans is the need for adequate sleep.As a result of rest, our brain functions properly.A person needs 5 to 6 hours of sleep every day.And if it goes too far, the body will tend to get sick.So we have to build our life according to the rules.If I am sick, my family members also feel sick.

They never want a person to be sick.Eat food on time and drink water as needed.We need to drink three to four liters of water every day.We should always keep in mind that it is very important to drink water after eating any food.Only then will the stomach or body begin to supply itself properly.I always sleep according to the rules.If I am not well rested then the next day I can feel sick from my body.I immediately understood why I was having this feeling.

What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

If we want to stay healthy,we must follow the rules every day or all the time.Like I do physical exercise every morning after waking up for quite some time.Exercising causes the body to sweat. That's when I realize I'm done exercising.Then my body feels very light.Whenever I finish eating I walk for a while instead of sitting.As a result, foods are converted into digestive energy in no time.

I rest sometime around noon and spend the afternoon hanging out with friends and walking.I like doing these procedures in the afternoon.I work from home in my free time and in between I write Steemit activity methods every day.I understand there is an important need to keep physical health fresh and fit.He plays sports in the afternoon to keep his body healthy.So the body To run or run regularly.

What do you do for mental fitness?

A key factor in maintaining mental health is that I exercise daily in the morning and afternoon. As a result, the body and mind are much better. Another way we have to do is to worship God a lot which will bring a lot of peace and stillness of mind.When I feel like I don't like being in a place right now.

That's when I thought about going outside for a while.I call my friends and meet them especially chatting with friends makes me feel better.I enjoy listening to music with friends to keep my mind happy.I spend time doing things that make me happy or something interesting.This saves me from any stress to some extent.As well as having an impact on mental health, one of his efforts will be open.
