Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well. Today I will share with you one of my favorite dishes, which is chicken. But this is not any chicken, this chicken is called Tiger Chicken, which is rarely found in Bangladesh. My next-door neighbor raised six tiger chickens. Suddenly he wanted to sell it, so my father bought Kemin Hoi to try. Alhamdulillah it was a lot of fun Lal Lal Jhal Jhal.
First I will share with you how I made Tiger Chicken Recipe.
First share what spices I like.
◻ Onion ◻ Chili ◻ Ginger ◻ Garlic ◻ Cumin ◻ Garam masala ◻ Dhunia powder ◻ Chili powder ◻ Chicken masala ◻ Maggi masala etc.
First, fry the onion and make it red. It will look like this when the onion is fried.
Then I will add the various spices that have been beaten before.
It is ginger and garlic batter.
This is cumin batter.
After completing the onion batter, I will add the minced garlic, ginger, and cumin. I will add a little water to grind it so the spices do not burn. Add salt and turmeric to them and saute for 5 minutes.
Then add garam masala Megi masala and chicken masala. I will take another 5 minutes.
After masala kashan, I will add pre-washed chicken meat. Then stir very quickly for five minutes to mix well with the spices. I wouldn't use any water at first. The age of the chicken is approximately 2 years and the name of this chicken breed is Tiger. It had a lot of oil on it. After stirring for 10 minutes some oil came out of the chicken masala. It might look like this.
It took about 20 minutes. After that, I gave 500 grams of water for cooking.
Stir this water until it is completely dry so that it does not overflow. When the water dries up, the fried will be fried. Then I will give 1 liter of water.
I added a little more water because this chicken is a bit tougher than other chickens so I added a little more water so that it cooks well.
This is what it looks like after adding water. After about 30 minutes of cooking, the water came out happily and looked like this.
And to add a little spice, I will fry cumin garam masala cinnamon. Fried and turned completely. I spread the ATS. As a result, the taste was much more enhanced. Today is my tiger chicken recipe.
