一、晨不吐口水
“晨不吐口水”是指早上起床后少吐口水，因为口水是肾气阳气所在，吐口水会造成阳气泄漏，导致体质变差。
二、午不泄精水
中午不宜同房，因为中午是补阳气的时候，这个时候过度泄精，会消耗真气，身体状态会下滑。
三、晚不流汗水
中医学认为，汗液和人体心、肺、脾等脏腑健康有关，因此建议如果晚上睡觉经常出汗要警惕健康风险。
