What and what should be your routine after a workout? The following tips are of great value, check them out.
1st.... Be hydrated
This requires that you take at least 16ounce of clean water, coconut water is good too. If you have black or green tea, that too is good for you, even chocolate milk can suffice. These liquids are electrolytes packed that can effect relief or even prevent your muscle from cramping. But refrain from too much sugar intake also caffeine made drinks as well as alcoholic drinks.

2nd... Eat a well prepared snacks
It's encouraging to eat a meal before the next 45 minutes after finishing a workout.
REASON:. Your recovery and replacement of muscle strength begins after eating a good meal. Such meal should contain some carbohydrates plus protein.
3rd... Do a stretching
Try stretching out your body to enable your muscles heal quicker.
4th:. Go for a body massage
Massaging allows your blood circulation to function properly thereby facilitating quick recovery.
5th:. Overwhelm your mind with positive meditation.
Visualize a paradisiac condition and picture yourself inside it. This is not fantasy but realistic.
REASON:. It supports the mind enabling it to prevent anxiousness or anxiety. It aids the body to calm down while allowing you to have a positive attitude.

My little advice and from personal experience:
And please is also advisable not to eat food for at least 30min before your exercise. When I say food I mean heavy food but you can take snacks.
Reasons is so that the food will not come out through your nose 🐽🐽 of enter wrong place during your exercise.
