Castles on the sea.

Hello to all dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to present you my latest watercolor painting which has a very characteristic subject, a castle on the sea.

I built the large architectural core of the castle with very light colors, ocher yellow and natural and burnt sienna. The flare of the castle is highlighted by the dark clouds behind it where on the left side I painted a sunset sky.

As you may already know, the castles on the sea are typical European constructions, and more selected than southern Europe, France, Spain and especially Italy.

In Italy we have castles on the sea among the most beautiful and oldest in history, full of charm and elegance, built in places with breathtaking views.

Castelli sul mare.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e bentornati sul mio blog.

Oggi vado a presentarvi il mio ultimo dipinto ad acquarello che ha un soggetto molto caratteristico, un castello sul mare.

Ho realizzato il grande nucleo architettonico del castello con colori molto chiari, giallo ocra e terra di siena naturale e bruciata.

Il chiarore del castello viene messo in evidenza dalle nuvole scure dietro di esso dove sul lato sinistro ho dipinto un cielo al tramonto.

Come forse già sapete, i castelli sul mare sono delle costruzioni tipiche europee, e più selezionate del sud Europa, Francia, Spagna e soprattutto Italia.

In Italia abbiamo castelli sul mare tra i più belli e più antichi della storia, ricchi di fascino ed eleganza, edificati in luoghi dai panorami mozzafiato.
