Flowers, colors and inspirations.

Hello to all dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Painting is the first purpose of my life, since my children are grown up, live on their own, are independent and have a job that satisfies them a lot. Furthermore, I have been divorced for 5 years and therefore I have a lot of time to devote to my work.

The point is that I have always painted, since I was a child, I have had the great fortune of having my father passionate about art, but that not knowing how to hold a pencil in his hand (he was an accountant) he loved to see others painting and for this he had surrounded himself with painter friends, some even of excellent level.

My father's best friend, Nino, was my teacher, at 5 years old he put the palette and oil colors in my hand. Nino took me by the hand in search of beauty, he taught me to see things in a deeper way.

Many ask me how I can find inspiration to paint even very different subjects every day.

The sources of my inspiration are sensations that I often feel in front of the beauty of nature or simple subjects.

The colors of spring - watercolor

I fall in love with an ancient door or a cat, for example I am intrigued by the color of the shiny coat of a black cat or the textures that time weaves on the wood of a door, or the reflections of a ray of sun that shines on the waves of the sea.
When I do abstract pictorial research I eliminate objective reality from my mind and I enter into a more inner state of mind and alienate myself from the world, but this is another matter.

For me, painting is like a drug and I also carry everything I need to travel to make a painting. In this regard, the watercolors are perfect, a small box and a sketchbook that fit perfectly in the suitcase. Painting is like playing, if you stop for a period you risk losing your manual skills, and above all not finding inspiration anymore, so I try to take a brush or pencil in your hand at least once a day.

Let's move on to the watercolor painting that I propose today, floral subjects that recall the colors of spring here in Europe. This time the input provided me with a beautiful post from Taraz where he gave shots of extraordinary delicacy and elegance.

In this case my inspiration came from signals from another person, from his sensitivity, these photographic messages of great beauty entered right into my creativity and allowed me to develop a watercolor with a floral theme.

Here are some watercolor subjects in which I treat the flowers in different ways, without preliminary drawing but with delicate and bright colors.

Fiori, colori e ispirazioni.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e bentornati sul mio blog. La pittura è il primo scopo della mia vita, dal momento che i miei figli sono grandi, vivono per conto loro, sono autonomi ed hanno un lavoro che li soddisfa parecchio.
Inoltre sono divorziato da 5 anni e quindi ho molto tempo da dedicare al mio lavoro. Il punto è che ho sempre dipinto, fin da quando ero bambino, ho avuto la grande fortuna di avere mio padre appassionato di arte, ma che non sapendo tenere una matita in mano (era un ragioniere) amava molto vedere dipingere gli altri e per questo si era circondato di amici pittori, alcuni anche di ottimo livello.

Il migliore amico di mio padre, Nino, è stato il mio maestro, a 5 anni mi mise in mano la tavolozza e i colori ad olio. Nino mi ha portato per mano alla ricerca della bellezza, mi ha insegnato a vedere le cose in maniera più profonda. Molti mi chiedono come riesco a trovare ispirazione per dipingere ogni giorno soggetti anche molto differenti.

Le fonti della mia ispirazione, sono sensazioni che provo spesso davanti alla bellezza della natura o di semplici soggetti.
Mi innamoro di un portone antico o di un gatto, mi intriga ad esempio il colore del manto lucido di un micio nero o le trame che il tempo ordisce sul legno di una porta, oppure i riflessi di un raggio di sole che luccica sulle onde del mare.

Quando faccio ricerca pittorica astratta elimino dalla mia mente la realtà oggettiva e entro in uno stato d'animo più interiore e mi alieno dal mondo, ma questo è un altro discorso. Dipingere per me è come una droga e anche nei viaggi porto con me tutto il necessario per poter realizzare un dipinto. A questo proposito gli acquarelli sono perfetti, una piccola scatola e un album da disegno che stanno perfettamente in valigia.

Dipingere è come suonare, se smetti per un periodo rischi di perdere la manualità, e soprattutto di non trovare più ispirazione, quindi cerco di prendere un pennello o una matita in mano almeno una volta al giorno. Passiamo al dipinto ad acquarello che vi propongo oggi, dei soggetti floreali che richiamano ai colori della primavera qui in Europa.

Questa volta l'imput me lo ha fornito un bellissimo post di Taraz dove ha regalato degli scatti di straordinaria delicatezza ed eleganza. In questo caso la mia ispirazione è arrivata da segnali di un'altra persona, dalla sua sensibilità, questi messaggi fotografici di grande bellezza sono entrati di diritto nella mia creatività e mi hanno permesso di elaborare un acquarello a tema floreale.

Di seguito alcuni soggetti ad acquarello in cui tratto i fiori in differenti modi, senza disegno preliminare ma con colori delicati e luminosi. Un abbraccio e spero che riuscite a trovare anche voi l'ispirazione per realizzare ogni giorno un nuovo disegno, una poesia o uno scritto.
