Hey, everybody, how you doing? It was time to make a rice, easy and delicious and with a different and special touch.
INGREDIENTS
- Tofu marinated all night in: 60ml oil, 1 tbsp mustard, juice of half a lemon, 20ml water and Provencal herbs.
- Celery
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Onion
- Rice
- We cut the vegetables and make them in the pan.
- We strain the tofu and reserve the broth
- We put the tofu in the pan and keep cooking for 10 more minutes.
- Add the crushed tomato and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
- Cook the rice in salted water.
- Mix everything and add the broth that we had reserved and enjoy.
