Greetings friends of Steemit.

Today I bring you the phases that according to the neurologist Sigmund Freud a child goes through at the moment he is born and grows, at the psychosexual level.

In the oral phase of his first 18 months, the child begins to suck any object he finds for pure pleasure, and if this action is forbidden, would be taking away the possibility of exploring their environment, also tend to bite, which Freud attributed that, in a way, cannibalism we all possess.

In the phallic stage the Oedipus complex plays a leading role, in which the child feels attraction in some way towards his mother, and jealousy or fear towards the figure of his father, whom he sees as an enemy. In the case of girls there is the Electra complex, in which the girl feels attracted to the father and develops a slight rejection towards her mother.

Latency stage: this phase goes from the age of 7 until the onset of puberty. It is related to the appearance of shame and modesty linked to sexuality.

Genital stage: it goes from puberty until practically the death of the subject. It is the birth of adult sexuality, in which the erogenous zone is once again that of the genitals, but this time these are much more developed.
According to Freud, a mismanagement of any or all of the stages of his theory of psychosexual development could cause future traumas or disorders that would considerably affect the life of the individual in question.

His theory is one of the most interesting, although it is not proven by the scientific method, it does not detract from the fact that it is chilling and somewhat sadistic to think about. What do you think?
