This world is full of bullies and tyrant people. There are many who likes to torture others. They get sadistic pleasure from it. Most of such personality type people are working in top levels of politics, bureaucracy and businesses. They are ambitious and highly corrupt as well.
These people are selfish, egocentric, self-centric and too much materialistic. That's why they like to rule others and can go to any extent to destroy life of someone who do not yield before them. Thye becomes tyrant so that they may exploit the people working under them and their subordinates may never raise their head because of fear.
So, if someone is powerful and also tyrant, that means he or she must be very corrupt, greedy, egoist and selfish. Such person may be your boss, your political leader and even your friend or family member. These sick people are harmful for this world. It is not an easy thing to get rid of these people as the laws protect them. They have nexus of similar and powerful people who protect each other. Good people are powerless before them. They are not unite and also they don't have courage to fight against them. This makes tyrant feeling more powerful and they become more dominant.
It was not possible in the jungle. Our civilisation has made a few people to be more powerful and let them concentrate power in their hands. People blame laws of the jungle but they were very fair. Nobody could have made anybody his/her slave. Nobody could have hoard so much resources in his hand and it is impossible for a single person to be too powerful. That's why we need the laws of the jungle if we can't change our present civilization which is highly uncivilized.
