Greetings friends of ProJet Hope!
I am with project hope community since it started its journey on Steemit. I have joined it and also contributing by posting in this community regularly. Founder of this community @crypto.piotr and I are friends since long. I have delegated 2500 Steem Power to @project.hope. I am also adding @ph-fund as the beneficiary of my posts.
Apart from above my posts do not violet community guidelines and are free from plagiarism and spamming. Who reads my posts knows that I have written on various matters and my posts are always full of knowledge and they are thought provoking. Despite my efforts sometimes I feel that I am being neglected deliberately by the community.
My last two posts didn't receive upvote from @project.hope which reduced my rewards. Also, I have not get weekly dividend this time for my delegation. This has not happened first time. I had witnessed this in the past when my posts got no upvote and also I was not given weekly dividend. Perhaps, @crypto.piotr is having some trouble. Otherwise, this would not happened. He is a very sincere person and I admire his courage and innovative ideas. I hope he is doing well. I request other admins of the group to take necessary action.

I do upvotes manually on daily basis and I transfer dividents also manually. So it was due to same error (As you put it).
This error was me making that mistake
