The activities necessary for the phases of the banana production process, from the technical point of view, respond to a system of actions that are dynamically interrelated and are oriented to the transformation of certain elements.
Therefore, the productive process is understood as the series of activities aimed at the elaboration of a good or a service. In the case of agricultural activities, it implies the modification of a natural ecosystem for the production of food and inputs through agriculture.
Basically, in order to seek high productivity, a series of technical steps must be taken. The following is a description of the production process carried out in banana production.
Land preparation, for this phase once the land is selected, the following is done: weed control (mechanical or chemical manual), soil preparation (plowing, harrowing), staking and earthing up.
