Greetings to all my dear readers and followers of this important community, today I will share with you a topic of relevance at the organizational level, it is the Burnout Syndrome or Burnout Syndrome, this is considered an occupational disease that is generated by high levels of stress and that is causing that the human talent of the organizations do not perform at work.
Burnout syndrome, also known as burnout syndrome, is a condition that occurs in people in response to different excessive pressures to which they are subjected in their jobs bringing with it emotional and interpersonal stressors related to work. When it is medically said that a person or a worker suffers from Burnout, it is understood that he/she suffers from fatigue or is tired; however, this understanding tends to be made in common language, so the serious problem that is presented and that can be of great magnitude is not dimensioned.
In reality, the suffering of this Burnout Syndrome disease is nothing more than the usual tiredness that a person or worker can generate when subjected to an excessive workload and this can be solved with a few days of rest that the worker is allowed under medical supervision. This syndrome brings a series of psychological, physical and social ailments that undoubtedly affect the good performance of workers and therefore the performance of the company.

The accelerated work rhythms to which workers are subjected daily, where the day does not seem to be enough to fulfill the responsibilities assumed in the labor field, are undoubtedly the cause of this burnout syndrome disease and even more when additional functions are added, where the tasks become more complex, the pressures multiply, and the social and family space, which is the place where the worker can rest mentally and physically, is diminishing. All these work overloads have increased as a result of the arrival of COVID-19, where many companies have reported economic losses and have had to lay off many people.
This massive layoff has caused workers who still remain in these organizations or companies to have to perform multiple activities that cause them this disease. Faced with this situation that is occurring in organizations where workers are the most affected, strategies should be sought to reduce this type of situation, such as maintaining extra-work activities that allow workers to get out of the lethargy in which they are immersed.

There may also be other factors that predispose people to suffer from Bournot syndrome in a working organization, such as contractual agreements, production goals, work environment, staff reduction and even personal problems that many still have in mind. when they work.
In this I think that organizations must somehow take into account the need to reduce the level of work stress.

Hello @tocho2, certainly in Venezuela this situation occurs daily, because companies take advantage of the need of their workers to have a job in these circumstances, but there are also companies that even if they do not place a sofa in your office with a TV, what they do is to make active breaks within the workplace for the worker to drain a little.
