It should also be noted that participation is evident in this type of leadership, as well as the involvement of subordinates in decision making, which directly influences the performance of their activities, since when an individual feels motivated and important for his work team, developing knowledge skills, efficiency and effectiveness to achieve unanimously the proper functioning of the management.

Therefore, the administrative processes are distributed throughout the organization and integrated, promoting group participation on a permanent basis, also in it develops a spirit of unity, integration, solidarity, with a shared vision and teamwork.
