I actually checked through my box of clothes this morning to choose a top that will suit me this morning and I found a nice top that a cloth vendor gave to me when I went to purchase cloth from her, getting the top from her was a very nice gesture and at the first instance it pushed me to almost make up my mind to get every of my cloth from her, I know I have read about articles that advice entrepreneurs to give out free packages to their customers from time to time which I believe is a good advice, but from my experience I will like to admonish entrepreneurs to also look at other available options of keeping a customer.

The first thing I will talk about in this post is that entrepreneurs need to get very cautious about selling quality products, while I would have loved to get all my clothes from the cloth vendor who gave me a free top I realized that the clothes I got from her where of less quality and were getting worn out within few weeks of putting them on. Entrepreneurs need to understand that there are customers who will be willing to pay any amount as long as they get the value for their money, in a business quality is of great necessity.

The second time I wanted to get some top urgently and in order to show appreciation for her nice gesture the previous time, I decided to visit her store again but it was locked, a lot of new entrepreneurs prefer to lock up their businesses than for them to get an employee. The worth of the amount and trust lost whenever a business is closed is not equal to the salary that will be paid to employees at the end of the month.

After employing someone that will help with running business affairs, entrepreneurs need to understand that they also need to make themselves available in the business that there is an employee does not mean the entrepreneurs does not also have other very important duties to perform. Leaving the affairs of the business in the hands of the employee is where the problem of that business begins.

Entrepreneurs also need to think of growth all the time no matter how little it is, customers are excited when they see a new thing whenever they come to shop from you and that is one of the exciting ways to run a business successfully and have your customers coming back all the time. After giving out free packages to customers whenever you can afford them, these mentioned quality improvement strategies also has to be looked out for.
