There are a lot of things that will annoy us at a point or the other, life is filled with a lot of things that makes us mad and severally we do not even have the power to control those things at all, anger is inevitable when the society in itself appears highly frustrating with absolutely nothing to offer. It is logical to get angry when you have expectations about something and it ends up not working the way it is planned but allowing that frustration to make you react to your customers in an undeserved way is highly unacceptable.
There are two ways to handle situations like this, it is either we remain frustrated by acting as a victim who does not have the ability to change anything or a victor who has the power to change a thing, believe me when I say that some customers are highly annoying and they do things that we get extremely annoyed about, as an entrepreneur we can either make the decision of turning into victims or victors.
Concentrating more on yourself rather than situations that are annoying is one of the ways to remain a victor. Everyone has something eating them up like something they are bothered about, sometimes when they walk through the door your approach should make them smile a little bit, and if they appear too frustrated for you to handle, treat them like a one-time customer and get focused on your own issues, becoming an entrepreneur does not mean that every of your pending problems will disappear, it only even means that there is more responsibility on your head, so at that point just get focused on fixing your own issues.
Most entrepreneurs strive to become perfectionists, they want everything around the business to be in shape, they want everything to look exceptionally neat and organized all the time, which is really good but I also think it is okay to know that you are not perfect neither are your staff so it is okay to make mistakes sometimes. I do not like walking into a messed up business premises but I also know that you can become a messed up entrepreneur if you try to pile up the entire problem on your head. Give room for few correctable mistakes that will not ruin your business. Every employee wants to work in a conducive and accommodating environment and not a type of environment filled with tension from the boss.
Life will always give us reasons to get tensed and frustrated over little happenings but it takes a lot of maturity to keep calm even in difficult conditions.

There is no perfect situation or perfect life, everything is always in-between the lines and we must constantly remind ourselves on the need to remain same despite the difficulties.
