The Investors, The Employees, The Customers; Who is more Important to a Business?

I believe that all three groups of people are essential for business. Customers are the link for which we build a business. You may say you're building a business for yourself, but you're not. You can't do anything without employees either because they are the driving force behind the company. Investors help our business thrive and stay current. I'd also like to point out the fact that the connection between employees is just as important. Colleagues who don't share experiences, motivate each other, and are not mentors and coaches are doomed to fail. Such people cannot build a business because they do not have the social resources to do so. To somehow connect employees, company managers use https://www.lead.app/create-virtual-coffee-breaks-part-of-your-remote-work-routine/ to keep them together and share insights.
