The term psychology is a term familiar to the world community. Psychology can simply be defined as the study of the human soul. In real life, the soul itself has various kinds of definitions that may differ between the opinions of one person and another. The soul is something that cannot be touched by the sense of touch but its existence can be felt. If not guarded, the soul can become sick and can affect the health of the human body.

In psychology, there is a methodology for studying this science. The first methodology is the Experimental Methodology which is usually carried out by a researcher in the laboratory where the research is conducted. In this methodology, the researcher has complete control in his research, such as what he will research when to do the research, how often to do the research, and so on so that there is little influence from outside the researcher.

Next is Scientific Observation which is a study to examine something that runs naturally that the party being researched may not know that they are being researched. In this case, for example, research on the behavior of people who are in the fish market, the behavior of motorized vehicle drivers on toll roads, the behavior of children playing, the behavior of people in natural disasters, the behavior of athletes warming up before competing, and so on. So this methodology examines things in situations that arise that are not made by the investigated actor.

The next methodology is a biographical method or researching the history of life in which the history of human life can be learned for the improvement of the next generation. In carrying out this method, you can search for information through friends of the object under study or family. Even if the person being researched is a person who has become a character, it will be easy to find works or notebooks left by that character.

From some of the psychological methodologies above, we can take one method or more than one method depending on our needs so that it is not limited to one method only.
