Change the "I can't" for How can I do it?

Greetings friends of Project Hope, I hope this will be a very productive week for everyone.

A couple of days ago I was listening to a video while I was doing some activities and I heard a phrase that may well serve for many, I found it very accurate, and therefore I want to share it with whoever likes to read this publication, the phrase is:

"Change the "I can't" for How can I do it? ".

I heard it as an isolated phrase within the general discourse, but I believe that this simple change can make the mind of the person who lives in that constant "I can't ", become active, or even, for oneself can serve as a driver of new ideas, Don't you think so?.

know well, by my own account, that asking ourselves questions is a good way to make answers arise, more when we refer to goals we want to achieve, being able to self-suggest ourselves is a great tool that we should not leave aside.

In a world as complex as the one we live in now, where we must constantly reinvent ourselves, using psychological tools to help us is elementary.

Usually, when difficulties arise (which are common), we tend to freeze a little, either because nerves block us or because we are thinking about our next step, asking ourselves that simple question How can I do it?, could encourage us in a good way.

In these current times it is best to find strategies that help us in all areas of our life. Considering that economics is so important in today's world, it seems logical to think that anything that can help us in this area will be of great help. And of course, if we don't have the ability to be self-motivated, we would simply be limiting ourselves in a certain way.

Therefore, to face any situation with good energy, to ask ourselves how we can achieve a certain goal, is to encourage our mind to look for solutions, and being so, it will surely find them.

Fear is really a great destroyer of so many dreams, it makes us give up on those things we normally would have the capacity to face. We have to consistently take fear by the bull, call out it's name if necessary and conquer what needs to be conquered.

I agree with you when you mention that nowadays with so many challenges that we live it is a good option to rely on psychological tools to keep us in good spirits, look for solutions rather than problems and especially with positive thoughts which helps physical and mental health.
