Hello dear friends and cryptocurrency lovers, in this opportunity I will be sharing with all of you some thoughts related to the following question; Are institutional investors returning to the cryptocurrency market?.
To answer if indeed the price recovery that the cryptocurrency market maintained during the whole month of January and these first two days of February is due to institutional investments is something uncertain, since other variables have been added that somehow have helped the recovery of the crypto market.
Now, there is another the big question as to what will be the catalyst that will bring institutional investors back to the cryptocurrency markets and how they can avoid the same risks that paralyzed them during the months of 2022.
Given such concerns, it has been posited that at the moment institutional investments are not the engine that has driven the price of major cryptocurrencies, as recently, several cryptocurrency exchanges have come under fire from regulatory authorities in the US.
Additionally, Binance is expected to receive some confrontation from high-level enforcement agencies in the coming months, which is evidently something that institutional investors have been following cautiously before deciding to make major purchases of high-risk digital assets including Bitcoin.

Hello @mccoy02
No doubt the repeated regulations have been the problem.
Best regards, be well.
