The arrival of December awakens the spirit of Christmas, during this date the union and the spirit of celebration, of sharing and of seeing our goals for the rest of the year become visible, likewise, we project our objective to the coming year with the purpose of stopping clear goals that will allow us to satisfy our quality of life.
So Christmas becomes that time of harmony, where together we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, the man who was able to give his life for the forgiveness of our sins and for the salvation of each one of us.

That is why in honor of him, on December 24 we gather as a family to spend an evening together sharing our traditions and celebrating his birth.
In this sense, we decided to celebrate our December 24th in the following way: at about 6:00 p.m. a group of families, including ours, got down to work and shared Christmas dinner with those most in need, so that we began our journey attending and serving 4 families, just as Jesus Christ did with us, teaching the gift of giving more than receiving.
Sincerely in that time and with the act of serving, we realize the quality of people, so that by doing our bit we could bring happiness and smile in those people who at a certain time did not have the necessary resources to share with their loved ones, to hear from their mouths an extended thank you or see their tears running down their cheeks made me understand how important is the gift of helping.
Then at about 8 pm each of the participating families returned to their homes, with the intention of sharing their Christmas dinner in the most intimate part of their family. Personally, we usually listen to bagpipes and carols, enjoy our typical dish, which is usually accompanied by hallacas, chicken and apple salad and the delicious ham bread, without forgetting the delicious desserts.
At that time, we usually give thanks for the food and give thanks for the provision of the year that is ending, at the same time asking for 2023 to be a much more productive and fruitful year for each of the members sitting at the table.
We enjoy the delicious Christmas dish, we tell jokes and project our goal with the purpose of being heard and that we can fulfill them for the coming year, after that, we usually perform activities that allow us to enhance family unity. In this sense, I remember two very specific activities, which refers to Noah's ark where together each of the participants of the family, through a small draw chooses an animal which you have to mime for the rest of the family to guess what species it is.
In the hypothetical case of not being able to guess, then that animal will be left outside Noah's ark and will have to fulfill the respective penances, undoubtedly these are times of joy where smiles stand out and take over the evening.
Likewise, we decided to participate in an activity called "cultura chupística" where we simply choose a genre of things and in pairs we must answer and accumulate the most words in a given time, obviously whoever accumulates the most words will be the winner and the loser will have to continue paying penance.
At this point, I share with you some of the dynamics and images that captured that memorable moment, so that through this type of activities we prepare the way for the arrival of Santa Claus, where the little ones of the house enjoy the gifts that we leave on the tree and where joy, happiness and sharing becomes much more enjoyable.
Many families usually share with liquor, in general our drinks are cream punch with little liquor, since being Christians we do not drink but we usually eat a lot and it is a way to enjoy Christmas and to receive the spirit of the child God in the most fun and enjoyable way possible.
