Energiestro, a French company has developed one of these inertia flywheels made of concrete, it is a solid and hollow cylinder that rotates around an axis, connected to an electric motor and a generator, the concrete is prestressed by a fiber coil made of glass and held under vacuum to avoid friction, reducing maintenance.

hello friend @mauromar if i understood correctly these flywheels increase their performance in hot and humid places? if so in the town where i live it must fly out the house, relative humidity of 99 % and temperatures of 38 degrees under shade ha ha ha.

This is something new concept I am learn about I have heard about dolor power generation and storage but storage in concrete is a new concept to learn.
